Once again, Gallery 108 has been voted "Best Art Gallery" by readers of the City Magazine in their annual poll. Over 12,000 votes were cast in all categories. Thanks to everyone who voted for us.
We also made the list of "Best Places to see Unique or Underground Art". And, congratulations to John Reburn, voted "Most Humorous Roanoker". Keep 'em laughing John!

Member artists Agnes Stringfellow and Susan Egbert are exhibiting recent works at Westlake Library, Westlake Towne Center in Hardy, VA. This exhibit showcases over 20 pieces of art and will run through the month of March.

Gallery 108 had award winners in the Alleghany Highlands Fall Festival Art Show in Clifton Forge, Va. The winning artists are: Mary Anne Meador, Susan Lockwood, J. Gail Geer and Jane Winders Frank. The artwork continues to be on exhibition until noon on November 21, 2009.

On the first Thursday of each month, the galleries of Roanoke sponsor a Gallery Walk from 5 - 9 pm. Come check out the exhibits, meet the artists and enjoy some music and light refreshments.
